- Setting up an individual development plan which lead to an increase of 18% on the KPI (how employees perceive the support they get from their manager to improve their personal development).
As part of this project we’ve built the process in Workday, provided full insight on skills, traits needed per role and trained employees and people managers on how to have meaningful career conversations @Showpad - Build a career framework which identified the competencies and the potential career steps per role. @Showpad.
