  • Setting up a LMS system which allowed employees to complete online training programs and provided a full training resume per employee. @Newell Rubbermaid
  • Train people managers on successful hiring, giving meaningful recognition, career conversations, setting clear goals, performance management conversations, giving constructive feedback,... @Newell Rubbermaid, TomTom, Showpad. 
  • Setting up an individual development plan which lead to an increase of 18% on the KPI (how employees perceive the support they get from their manager to improve their personal development).
    As part of this project we’ve built the process in Workday, provided full insight on skills, traits needed per role and trained employees and people managers on how to have meaningful career conversations  @Showpad
