For several years @ Silverfin, we already applied a flexible way of working. After the Covid pandemic it was hard to get our employees back to the office. As part of our strong company culture, we believed that regular f2f connection would not only help to improve the collaboration, but also encourage peer to peer learning, boost our innovation and would allow us to celebrate our successes and digest our losses. Together with our employees, we co-created a way of working which allowed us to have the best of both worlds: a hybrid way of working with a strong focus on flexibility and wellbeing, based on trust and transparency.
